Our small-batch meals are cooked with love from the finest and freshest organic ingredients available. We grow many of our own herbs and greens and buy from our local markets and famers as often as possible. We hand make every bite of food offered on our programs, from homemade stocks in our soups to dressings for our famous salads – nothing processed, ever! At Courtnay’s Kitchen we like to focus on what TO eat rather than what NOT eat. With that in mind, our CLEAN WEEKS include: a morning elixhir, three meals, a morning juice, a daily snack plus teas and broths. Our programs are food- based, gluten-dairy-corn and soy free.
